John Stossel has a new Fox Business News segment. This week features the public school monopoly. It also talks about a new book by James Tooley called "The Beautiful Tree: How the World's Poorest People are Educatiing Themselves". The book describes how many of the poor around the world are opting out of their local free public school and choosing a private school with better results at a tuition rate of around $1.00/week.
